Open Question: Do you have a legal right to a refund (on-line store) or can they force you to take store credit?
Basically there was actually an error with the order and my friend ended up buying something they didn’t agree or want to pay for. Of course the on-line store says that he must have done it because it couldn’t possibly be their error. They say they can refund but only for store credit.

There is about £250 involved although my friend was only willing to pay £140 before this error occurred. The other problem is that the reduced items are going fast and he is going to loose out and end up having to pay more the same items. Also they state that store credit has to be used over the phone which means the web offers won’t stand…The whole thing is a complete mess up.

Any help?
This is an ONLINE store which is different from a normal store there is a 7-day cooling off period which means you can cancel an order for ANY reason. FYI
