1) Physically abused soldier husband when living on base in
Military police summoned, records exist
a)Including punching his face with a closed hand and then calling police
b) Wrapping a wire around his neck
c)ran towards husband w/butcher knife
d)smashed his cell phone to pieces after harassing one of his friends

2) Had CPS involvement while in Georgia-CPS was called

3) Admitted to infidelity with another soldier, comrade of husband’s. In fact, took out loan for lover, using family car for collateral.

4)Heavily drank and has also had eating disorders (her identical twin as well, same DNA and predispositions)

5) Squandered thousands of $, including thousands of mother-in-law’s money-debt problems followed

6)Concealed an entire pregnancy

a) Husband was not physically abusive
b)) Sought no medical attention or alternative care throughout course
1) You will be no medical records of prenatal visits during this pregnancy
c) attempted heavy physical activity in an attempt to have a miscarriage throughout last four months of pregnancy
d) lived and worked with mother and identical twin sister in CA during pregnancy(his

g)was witnessed BINGE-drank vodka on multiple occasions late(3rd trimester) into the pregnancy, to the point of nausea and vomiting
h) Husband was pulled out of a two week school in Georgia and told his wife
was going into labor
i) wife went into labor, called neighbor
j) The OB that delivered the baby was visibly tremendously upset and stressed after the delivery that was going poorly-mother and baby nearly died and the ob learned in the middle of the delivery that the first baby was born via emergency C-section.
k) Husband was humiliated to his commanding officers, who initially didn’t believe him but came to understand-they are Amanda hid pregnancy
l) child now has some physical facial characteristics similar to children with FAS
m)the husband is still unsure as to whether or not the child is his

7)was prescribed and took prozac which lent normalcy to the marriage during brief period

Had CPS involvement twice (2008 and 2009) while in Ca after three year old complained of physical abuse by mother

9) Children have emotional problems and are in counseling sought by father. Younger child more troubled with frequent screaming tantrums at school and home. Hits and spits on herself,bites others and throws her food-sees a school therapist as well. The children hit each other and elders as well.

10) Incapable of passing a medical assistant’s course even though she only had her children spend just two nights/wk in her home.

11) Had a suicide attempt in April 2008, left a note behind and mother had to rush her the hospital to get stomach pumped

12) Children come back from mother’s home on multiple occasion(there is a record of this in the mediation of divorce proceedings/custody issues) unbathed and dirty. Their hair is unbrushed with multiple strands stuck together, their nails are overgrown and black with dirt, their faces dirty and their privates sore from not being washed.
